Cancellation requests must be made before processing begins by contacting info@camdenandstone.com. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must follow the return procedure above.

Items will be returned if they meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in the original condition received.
• Returned with all original parts and packaging.
• No signs of use or washing.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

After an order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 04:00 PM (ET) are processed on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not included in business days.
